Transform is a small engineering consulting company based in Houston, TX. We specialize in performing power system protection and reliability studies primarily at industrial refineries. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and innovative methodologies that make us among the best at what we do. We strive to work closely with clients and maintain complete transparency in all our data collection and analytics such that you know what we're doing and why we're doing it. Pete graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Texas with an M.B.A. He currently oversees all aspects of the company. In his spare time, he enjoys tinkering with electronics and playing with his two daughters.

Kimberley Gnaedinger, PE

Kim graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. She leads our power systems analyses operations. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her husband and son, play with her dog Lexi, and try her hand at the culinary arts.

Ryan Boucher

Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He leads our systems engineering department that handles relay settings design and programming relay communication networks. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys volunteering at church and spending time with his family.
